The power unexpectedly went out in our house during dinner. Contacted Ark Electrical Services. They were more than willing to troubleshoot some of the more common causes over the phone. He even FaceTimed to get a better understanding of the issue. After some tests, he determined it was likely had to be handled by MidAmerican. His recommendation was correct and the issue was resolved quickly. Their customer service and guidance surpassed all expectations. Highly recommend this business for your first call.
